This was my first ever experience with a professional facial, and I had the best time! I'm a guy so I was wondering if it would be awkward, but I saw a good deal on Groupon and just went for it. Marnie was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, it was like hanging out with a friend. The service was provided in a treatment room in a gym very close to the Ladbroke Grove train station. I had the HydraFacial and a shoulder massage, and it was such a calming and fun experience. There was light redness which went away in a day. My skin seems brighter and my blackheads are gone. Affordable, patient, and very accessible -- highly recommend, and I look forward to the next treatment!

It was my first experience, I was a bit anxious but Marnie made feel comfortable. The experience was FANTASTIC! I can't believe the results, I keep looking at my skin since just to look how amazing the job was done! I bought my voucher on Groupon (found it cheap!).
